I had a wonderful stay at a lovely place during the last night of our European trip - our room was spacious with beautiful views.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was nice, food was superb and the menus were extremely reasonably priced given the quality. Very much appreciated the covered parking space as well given the weather!

What we liked best was the site and its location. garden was spectacular and you could lie on hammocks across the huge expanse of grass. restaurant was great. room was comfortable and convenient but in my case the window was not very big and views therefore were not too present in the room. good breakfast, complete. I must say that some of the staff were very helpful and gave us very good advice
We had a slightly negative entrance because the boy who attended us, did not even take our suitcases to go up the stairs, I think it was because he had little experience in his work... but really we were carrying luggage up a narrow staircase without knowing where it was taking us and he was in front of us... little education and service. We arrived around 8 pm and he gave us no option to take anything at all...until another employee found a sandwich solution for us. The hotel lacks a little more personal treatment

The staff are outstandingly accommodating and super-friendly. Its location is magnificent and particularly good, just off the rural areas, the Orangerie restaurant, and lovely gardens.

Helpful staff with good english. Excellent restaurant and breakfast choices.
For a stay of more than one night we would prefer a further choice in the restaurant for the evening meal. We would prefer a fixed shower head rather than a hand held one.

My breakfast was fantastic with champagne and the best baguette, as for instance. The location was amazing and beautiful, in a cozy area near reception, it's a plus. Good services were available.

Beautiful building, charming and helpful staff and really excellent restaurant. We had the cheapest room (small double) and it was more than adequate with a pretty, quirky antique furnishings and decoration. It was a privilege to stay there.
The room had limited storage, which may be an issue if staying for more than a couple of days. There is no air conditioning due to the age of the building, though there was an effective electric fan provided. A lot of stairs to the top floor, and no lift, which didn't bother us, but may be a concern for other visitors. All very minor things though.

The hotel is fantastic with excellent facilities. The rooms are freshly renovated, reasonably large, and have great beds and modern bathrooms. The setting is marvelous, close to a bakery and grocery store. The staff is affable.

Quiet location. Dinner in the evening was faultless the service and quality of food couldn't be better.
The breakfast was very overpriced for the quality of food served. Hot breakfast served cold

The chateau and grounds were beautiful and the dinner was delicious. The small room we booked was very good value.
There was no air conditioning and the room was very hot as it was above average temperature outside, although there was a fan.

Having to wait a long time for food, it took 45 minutes before we got anything to eat or drink. I already filled in a full appraisal form, left in the room.
